This policy explains what CO Business List collects and how we use it. CO Business List is operated by Search Converts LLC, doing business as Eye To Ad Media, 1001 Bannock St #660, Denver CO 80204.
What we collect
- Form submissions. When you use a form, we receive what you type, like your name, phone, email and message. Forms are delivered to us by email through a form-delivery service.
- Basic server logs. Our hosting and content-delivery providers record standard technical data like IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
- Browser storage. The site stores a small counter in your browser to rotate sponsored ads and to limit repeated form sends. It contains no personal information.
Third-party services
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and a BBB seal image from the Better Business Bureau, which means those services receive your IP address when the page loads. Links to other websites, including sponsored ads, are governed by those sites' own policies.
How we use information
We use form information to respond to you, add or update listings and handle advertising requests. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Business listing data
Listings contain business information such as names, addresses, phone numbers and websites. If your business is listed and you want it corrected or removed, use the claim form or contact page.
Your Colorado privacy rights
Depending on your situation, the Colorado Privacy Act may give you rights to access, correct or delete personal data and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. To make a request, contact us through the contact page or call 1-800-481-8638. We will respond within the time the law requires.
Children
This site is meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
